Hello 2026!
A new year always feels like a fresh sketchbook, blank pages waiting to be filled with colour, ideas, and magic. For Little Lobes has grown so much over the past year, and as I step in to 2026, I’ve been reflecting on what I want this business to look and feel like; not just for me, but for you, the people who make this dream possible.
This year, I’m making some changes. They’re thoughtful and intentional, designed to help me create with more joy, protect my energy, and continue offering pieces that feel special and meaningful.
🌈 What’s Changing: The Short and Sweet Version
Beginning January 2026:
- One market per month (instead of multiple)
- Drops will be every second month
- Launching on the 1st Thursday of January, March, May, July, September, and November
- Every release will be made to order (so nothing goes to waste)
- Custom orders continue, but with limited spots to help me keep things manageable
💛 Why I’m Making These Changes
Running a small handmade business is equal parts joy, grind, glitter, and spreadsheets. It’s also incredibly personal. Every pair of earrings that leaves my studio has been held, loved, and intentionally made, and I want to keep it that way.
In 2025 I realised:
- I create my best work when I’m not rushed
- Markets are magic, but doing too many leaves little room for creativity
- Made-to-order feels like the heart of my brand, because it honours time, sustainability, and purpose
- and… life outside the business matters too
These changes allow me to design intentionally, release collections I’m truly proud of, and show up fully as a marker, a business owner, and a human.

- Choose clip-ons or pierced styles
- Request custom pieces
- and find us at The Handmade Expo in Ipswich every month
What will feel different is this:
Each drop will be more curated, more special, and more magical. Think: fresh ideas, themed collections, and designs with a little extra sparkle because they were created without rushing.
And because they’re made-to-order, you’re part of the process. When you place an order, you’ve not just buying a product, you’re choosing something crafted just for you.
